Designed for T1 carrier applications at 1.544 Mbps
Typical application is to isolate telecom equipment
such as CSUs and office repeaters from the T1line
Maximum ac current rating is 140mA for winding (6 - 7)
and 280mA for winding (4 - 1)
Winding (4 - 1) is hardened to handle 6 amp current for
one second with no damage
Compatible with water-soluble flux, total-immersion
cleaning, and machine insertion
Shielded transformer reduces EMI
Designed for 100
terminating impedances
Minimum interwinding breakdown voltage of 1000 Vrms
Meets IEC-695, 2-2 flammability requirements
Qualified per Bellcore TR-TSY-000357-1
Note: Noise suppression is improved by connecting
the shield, terminal 5, to equipment frame ground.
