10Gb/s EA Modulator
and DFB Laser with
coplanar RF input
EA10WZD*
Specifically designed for use in Long and Short Haul
STM-64/OC-192 TDM applications over 40km and
80km with low dispersion penalty (less than 2dB).
This device is available in a hermetic 14-pin
ceramic butterfly package with 50
coplanar infeed for modulation input.
