The LCA210L is a common input 1-Form 2A solid
state relay which has two independent optically cou-
ple MOSFETS controlled by a common input signal.
The efficient current limiting MOSFET switches and
photovoltaic die use Clare's patented OptoMOS
architecture to provide 3750 V
RMS
of input to output
isolation. The optically coupled input is controlled by
highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LEDs. Common input
OptoMOS relays can replace standard dual pole
relays in a variety of applications. The common input
relay eliminates the need to make an external circuit
connection when both poles are controlled by a com-
mon signal.
