Temperature Cycle: Per MIL-STD-883, Method 1010, Condition B. -55C to 125C, 20 cycles,10 minute dwell, 1m inute
transition.
Gross Leak Test: Per MIL-STD-202, Method 112, Condition D. No bubbles in flourinert (FC-43) at 125C 5C for 20
seconds.

SOLDERING
Pin Solderability: Per MIL-STD-883, Method 2003. 8 hour steam age prior to 245C 5C Solder pot dip, 95% Coverage.
Resistance to Solder Heat: Per MIL-STD-202, Method 210, Condition C. Wave: Topside board -mount product, 260C
5C for 20 Seconds.

MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS
