Travels Faster Than Bad News
Now your VPN can keep up with T3/OC3 line speeds
with our new 252 Mbps IPSec processor. The Hifn
TM
7811 offers single-pass compression, encryption and
authentication. Plus, you get an on-chip random
number generator, FIPS 140-1 Level-3 compliance
and support for both Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
Comprehensive Security Solution
The 7811 is much more than just a 3-DES
accelerator. Because there's a lot more that can
slow you down than just 3-DES processing. Our
newest and fastest "Swiss Army Knife" compresses,
encrypts and accelerates data in one pass,
minimizing performance-killing congestion on the
PCI bus. The 7811 supports Layer 3 IPSec protocols
and Layer 2 protocols, such as PPP and PPTP.
Fast Development Cycles, Too
Because the 7811 is seamlessly integrated with our
ready-to-use IPSec and IKE software source code,
you can slash months, even years, from your
development schedule by licensing our IPSECure
software tool kits. Since the 7811 interfaces to the
200 key/sec Hifn 6500 Public Key Accelerator, you
can have the fastest possible environment for both
public key and symmetric key processing entirely
within the FIPS 140-1 Level-3 security boundary.
