High-Speed Silicon-Gate CMOS
The IN74AC20 is identical in pinout to the LS/ALS20,
HC/HCT20. The device inputs are compatible with
standard CMOS outputs; with pullup resistors, they are
compatible with LS/ALS outputs.

ћ Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 to 6.0 V
ћ Low Input Current: 1.0 A; 0.1 A @ 25њC
