HI1166
8-Bit, 250 MSPS, Flash A/D Converter
The HI1166 is an 8-bit, ultra high speed, flash Analog-to-
Digital converter IC capable of digitizing analog signals at a
maximum rate of 250 MSPS. The digital I/O levels of the
converter are compatible with ECL 100K/10KH/10K.
