A.HE83761 Introduction
HE83761 is a member of Jess Tech HE80000 series 8-bit CMOS micro-controller. This IC has
(3072~2560) dots of LCD driver, 16~32 Bit I/O Port. Its built-in one internal Op-Amp allows
interfacing with light, speech, temperature and humidity sensor and low voltage detection. The 7-
bit D/A converter output device and PWM output module to provide a speech output device
provide user with complete speech output. Use the built-in 512KByte ROM Size and 4.75Kbyte
RAM can store around large volume of data including voice, graphics and data.
HE83761 can be used in mini electronic diary, digital diary, mid to high grade educational toys,
and speech recording. The HE83761 provides a very simple and effective instruction set, each
instruction byte occupies only 1.5 clock cycle time, therefore, it is suitable to apply in the high
performance systems.

Program the value of OP1and OP2 to change the
operating modes (Normal, Slow, Idle and Sleep).
