Description
The AS406M2-01 is a GaAs IC FET SPDT non-reflective
switch. This device is ideal for microstrip applications.
Since the FETs are independently biased, both arms of
the switch can be turned on or off. The AS406M2-10 is the
gullwing version of this device for surface mount
applications.
