DESCRIPTION
The DQXO-3-SM oscillator consists of a CMOS-
compatible hybrid circuit hermetically sealed in a standard
24-pin ceramic leadless chip carrier. Precision tuning of
the oscillator allows for very tight calibration tolerances
and eliminates the need for a trimming capacitor, a major
source of long-term frequency drift. The specifications
and charateristics of the DQXO-3-SM vary with
frequency. The characteristics of the 400kHz model are
presented in this data sheet.
